Service

Klare is a software product for touring artists and creative freelancers. It helps you manage invoices, gigs, day sheets, travel, expenses and exports. Klare is a tool โ€” not legal, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying business, tax and legal outputs before sending them externally.

Accounts

You are responsible for the data you enter into your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You agree to use Klare in line with applicable law and not to misuse the service in a way that affects other users or our infrastructure.

Subscriptions and trials

Klare offers a free plan, a paid Pro plan and, during the launch window, a founding lifetime plan. Pro starts with a 14-day trial. You can cancel at any time. The founding lifetime offer is limited to the first 200 users or the first 4 weeks of launch, whichever comes first.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer paying for a digital service, you have a statutory right of withdrawal as defined under EU consumer law. By starting to actively use the paid features within the withdrawal period, you may waive this right where allowed by law. We will clearly indicate this at the point of purchase.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable. During the launch preview, features may change as the product improves. We will give reasonable notice of breaking changes that affect your data.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for personal injury. For ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of service. Statutory rights are not affected.

Termination

You can stop using Klare and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, where legally permitted.
